Where to write to Lustr Sazan, how quickly we answer, and how corrections are handled.
This is where you get in touch with the people behind Lustr Sazan. We keep the process simple on purpose: a single address for everything to do with our chandeliers, lighting design, installation and buying lights coverage, and a few notes below on how to make a message easy to reply to.
Everything arrives in the same inbox and is read by somebody whose name appears on the articles.
Most messages get an answer within two working days. Longer questions take longer, and when something needs checking before we can give a straight answer we would rather be slow than wrong.
A precise message earns a precise reply, often the same day. A vague one waits while we write back to ask what you meant.
The person who replies is one of the named writers, not a support agent reading from a script. That is slower at busy times and better every other way.
Same address, with partnership in the subject so it surfaces. The editorial policy spells out our line on paid links, and reading it first tends to answer the question you were going to ask.
We are a site that writes about chandeliers, lighting design, installation and buying lights, not a service that acts for you. That means no account recovery, no standing between you and a third party, and no one to one advice. The reasoning is in the legal notice.
If we published something inaccurate, say so plainly and point at the sentence. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy. You do not need to be polite about it, only specific.
